Return Policy
How to Return Items:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return by contacting us at contact@shoprisana.com. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@shoprisana.com.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the unwanted item and make a new purchase once the return is approved.
EU Customers: 14-Day Right to Cancel:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Please note, refunds are only applicable if Express & Insured Shipping is purchased. If approved and applicable, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@shoprisana.com.
